If you choose to pay a $50 deposit, this deposit will serve as an Administration fee and is non-refundable in all instances. Paying a deposit guarantees that a place will be held for you on your nominated course. Enrolments received without a deposit will not guarantee you a place on your nominated course.
OML advises all participants NOT to book non-refundable transport or accomodation until courses are confirmed (ie. you must have received your confirmation letter from OML, BEFORE making any non-refundable bookings) so any fees associated with booking airfares before the course is confirmed will not be re-imbursed. If OM ltd is forced to cancel an already confirmed course date, and you have booked an airfare, the re-booking/cancellation fee with the airline will be reimbursed up to a total of $50 (proof of cost is required). Airfares will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
If OM Ltd cancel a course after it as been confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund or you can transfer your enrolment to an alternative course that suits you.
If OM Ltd cancel a course before it is confirmed, a refund will be made available to you, less the $50 administration fee or you can transfer your enrolment to alternative course that suits you.
If you cancel your attendence on the course, less than 2 weeks prior to the course commencement, then you remain liable for the entire course fee, which may be able to be put towards another course within a 6 month period. No refund will be available.
If you cancel your attendence at the course more than 2 weeks prior to the course commencement, we will retain $100 (or the total amount paid if it is less than this), which can be put towards another course within a 6 month period.
If you transfer your fully paid enrolment to another course, less than 2 weeks prior to the course commencement, you will be liable for up to $150 in transfer fees.
Refunds are NOT available for the Module Three and Four program once the course has been confirmed, under any circumstances. Places are limited and cannot be re-filled in the event of a cancellation. If a student does not pass the Module Three program and/or does not pass the reassessment tasks, a refund will not be offered. If a student wants to enrol and attempt the in-hospital program in the future, BOTH Modules Three and Four will need to be attended and paid for in full. Refunds are NOT available for the Advanced Tutorial within two weeks of the course commencement date, under any circumstances. Places are limited to four and cannot be re-filled in the event of a cancellation.
